Director of Operations’ Corner Thank you to Tapestry Singers and the Puyallup United Methodist Church for raising $940 and 216 lbs. of food. Mega Brands made a huge donation that was distributed to the Puyallup School District and many local Churches and other non-profits. Our Top Foods food drives brought in over 5,000 lbs. of food and $1,600 while our Easter food drive at the South Hill mall brought in over 600 lbs. of food and $900. Our peanut butter drive has been very successful and we thank all of you who have participated. Director of Operations’ Corner Thank you Steve Fehrenbacher, PHS Viking Motor Sports Club and the Corvette & High Performance Swap Meet for helping raise over $1,000 for the Food Bank by offering pictures with “Tow Mater”! Also, the Pilgrim Lutheran Church Jazz Festival was a big hit raising nearly $2,500 and still counting; thank you! Director of Operations’ Corner A recent Top Foods food drive brought in over 3,000 lbs. of food as well as gift cards. We helped Apple Physical Therapy gain 138 Facebook “likes” in a very short period of time and they made a much appreciated donation. The entire Puyallup Valley Dental Care staff recently toured the Food Bank and made a very generous donation with the proceeds from recycled crowns. Top Foods will donate $50 gift cards to the Food Bank for every hour worth of volunteer Christmas caroling at their store so let the singing begin! Merry Christmas & Happy New...
